During the crazier days, I try to stop and focus on something beautiful. Gardens are a perfect place to breathe in and appreciate the beautiful details of a flower, like the swirls of the petals or the patterns in the center disk. Ironically, focusing on the exquisite details helps me to see the bigger picture. It is my light in the darkness.
